Hello Resident

My name is Zoila Garcia and I am the PCSO for Llanrumney.

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself as I am the local Police Community Support Officer for the area you live in Llanrumney.

I look forward to sharing with you what we are doing as Neighbourhood Policing Team to tackle the issues that matter most to you, and don’t forget, South Wales Listens is all about two-way communication and you are able to reply to any message I send and receive a response directly from the team.

Previously I was patrolling Rumney's communities and now I will be joining Llanrumney's division. Please come to our PACT meeting on the 4th of June 2026 at 18:00 if you want to meet me or have a chat with our Policing Team.
